If your myPWS Apple Watch complications stopped updating, please make sure you have checked our FAQ about how WatchOS refreshes complication data:
If you still see that your complications do not update for several hours although you followed the hints from our FAQ, please uninstall myPWS from your iPhone (that will also remove the app from your watch), restart both your watch and your iPhone, then re-install myPWS. That usually fixes any communication issue between your iPhone and your Watch and will re-initiate the complication refresh.
